If you are seeing this error during the authoring of your slide show. I would check the following: 1) make sure nothing has been deleted from the program folder. This error could be caused by a missing "xtras" folder that is located in the main program folder. 2) make sure you have read and write permissions on the program folder and its contents and also the location where you are saving the slide show file (sld file) If you are seeing this problem with a slide show you're putting on CD or using in a zip file, be sure to use the features found in the File menu to do this. The "prepare for CD" feature, for example, will make sure all the necessary files and folders are included (3 files and 7 folders will be present to make the show run properly)
