Another new cd burner

Working on a mac and trying to burn slideshow onto one cd for both pc and mac. I am supposed to be able to do this, but I am warned by roxio toast that
many of the files have the same name..do I want to overwrite them or what?
I know I cannot put them in two separate files, so I am stumped.
