Hi Kirsti,

Usually, this is caused by the entire slide show
folder being burned to CD instead of just the contents of that folder.

When you first navigate to the CD, do you see 1 folder or do you see 3 files and 7 folders? It's important that you see 3 files and 7 folders because one of the files is the autorun file and it must be directly on the CD and not inside any subfolders in order to work. Let me know if that makes a difference. Thanks!
