Hi,
Our Mac test box is a G3 (blue and white). We'll let you know what we find with testing. In the mean time, you may want to try making a new "Key Advantage Typing" folder and seeing if you have any luck with a fresh installation. It's possible that perhaps your data file got corrupted, especially if you had a crash while it was open.
