10-key report problem

10-key report is not showing KSPH.
After 10-key lesson it does not show bronze, silver or gold.
I reinstalled the software several times (downloaded from the web) but the result is the same. [color:blue] [/color]

Hi, Please email your data file to support@programmingart.com so we can take a look and see what is happening. The data file is located in the "helpers" folder and is named "keyadv.v12". Thanks--
