Error starting: "This application cannot run."
|

After installing without error then when I try to run KAT then I get the error message in the subject line and the program fails. This is on a Toshiba laptop with Win2k SP2. Is this a known problem?

Hi,
No, we have not seen this message before. It must be coming from the system because it is not one of our messages. I would recommend you re-download the program and re-install because it sounds like maybe you have a bad file. Thanks--
