Are you aware of an existing problem with the software in Lesson 3? Basically, when I am going through Lesson 3, it eventually pops up with a blank screen. No matter what keystroke I choose, it is always wrong. There are enough of these blanks that you can never score high enough to pass the lesson. I tried moving to Lesson 4 thinking the error may be limited to Lesson 3, but I got the same error there. I also got the same problem when trying to go through the 10-Key lessons section.
Is there a fix for this problem? I have tried removing the program (via control panel) and reinstalling but still get the same error.

Hi,
Thank you for the report. Did you download the program recently, or maybe a few weeks ago? I just downloaded the program and tried to get this to happen a few times and it seems to be OK, so if you wouldn't mind downloading the program again, there could be a corrupt file issue here. If it still happens after that, then we will certainly do what we can to find out what is going on and get it fixed. Here are the download links:

Please note that if you have typing data stored that you don't want to lose, then be sure to make a backup copy of your keyadv.v12 file before you re-install. Be default, in Windows, you would find that file here:
C:\program files\Programming Art\Key Advantage Typing\helpers\keyadv.v12

I just downloaded the program this morning, but I will try to download it again. It is always possible something happened when I downloaded the file. I will let you know if that fixes the issue. Thanks.
