Movie HTAP cannot be loaded

Hi there

Just upgraded to v1.3 of ESSC and I'm having trouble getting it to work on XP SP2. On running the application, a dialog appears saying "Movie HTAP cannot be loaded. The file version is too new." and clicking on OK eventually closes the program.

There don't seem to be any problems running v1.1, and 1.3 runs fine on a Win2k machine. Unfortunately I could really do with it on my XP laptop. Has anybody else experienced this error?

Hi Nathan,
We run XP SP2 with version 1.3 OK. You may want to try doing a clean uninstall/re-download/re-install. You may have a corrupt file that is causing the error.
