Why are photos so tiny?

I an such a novice at this how do I size my photos so they arn't so little?

Hi,
ESSC can display pictures in 2 forms 1)original size 2) or it can scale the display down to fit to the screen if the picture is larger than your monitor resolution. It doesn't make tiny pictures larger because if it tried, the pictures would appear very grainy and pixelated. After you click the "start slide show" button, are the pictures appearing smaller than their original size? You may want to check what the original size is with another program, or by looking at the dimensions within the ESSC interface. If the original photos are tiny, then ESSC is just displaying them at their normal size. If you got the pictures from a scanner or digital camera, you probably have larger versions somewhere on your hard drive that you can work with. Hope that helps!
