CDRom autorun Question
      #7 - 11/24/02 08:10 PM

Problem:

A CD created using Easy Slide Show Creator ver 1.1 does not automatically start slide show in two systems one using Win 98SE, the other Win XP. I want to share the slide show with a variety of relatives who have various computer systems. Do you know what might be my problem?

Hi Kirsti,

Usually, this is caused by the entire slide show
folder being burned to CD instead of just the contents of that folder.

When you first navigate to the CD, do you see 1 folder or do you see 3 files and 7 folders? It's important that you see 3 files and 7 folders because one of the files is the autorun file and it must be directly on the CD and not inside any subfolders in order to work. Let me know if that makes a difference. Thanks!
