volume control for music and sfx

Is there a way of lowering the volume of the background music when I want to use a sound effect?

Hi, That's a very good idea. Unfortunately, there is no way to do that currently. Unless you're really into sound editing, you could maybe re-save your sound effect file with increased levels... but obviously not the most practical solution. Thank you for bringing this up. We should find a way to do this.
