This just means that you'll still need to play them in a computer even if you burn them to DVD-R. It sounds like your other problem could be that Windows is recognizing your media files and is offering to display them with another program. Obviously, this is not what you want... if the prepared ESSC files are burned directly to the CD, the startslideshow.exe should automatically launch and play your show as intended. If your 3 files and 7 folders that have been "prepared" are in a subfolder and not burned directly to the CD, this is the problem that occurs.
