picture timing

How do you set the picture timing to different times for each picture and text???

Hi, When you click on a slide in the picture list, the settings for that slide will be displayed. There is an area that shows the number seconds a picture will be displayed for. The default is 8 seconds, but you can change that to whatever you want using the up and down arrows next to that number.
