Multiple users on Mac

I've purchased a licence for my imac (running OS 10.3.5) and it has multiple users set up. However, I can't get KAA to work on the multiple users - gives a screen saying that the programmes is already running (when it's not) and won't open database. Is this known? Is there a fix?

Hi,
I think for everyone to be able to use it, you'll have to set some file permissions. The file everyone needs to be able to write to is "Key Advantage Typing:helpers:keyadv.v12". Everyone will need read AND write access to this file.

Many thanks. Changing the permissions on the one file didn't work, but changing the permissions on the whole folder did.
