I see a couple of significant challenges that would be difficult to overcome. Setting the date dynamically would require you to generate the MT script with another script such as a Perl script or VB script and then launch MT with that generated script. The ctrl+alt+del sequence would also cause a problem because of the "scope" of how MT runs. It would not register with the system on the login screen because it would be running in your desktop environment and the system would ignore it from the login screen.
