Tip: MP3 and Windows media player 10
      08/16/05 06:13 PM

Hi All,
This comes up every now and then, so I figured I'd post this tip. If you want to add background music to your slide show, the best format to use is MP3 because of the relatively small file size and the high quality audio. Windows media player is one of many ways to get MP3's from your audio CD's.

To configure your Windows media player to save files in MP3 format, you can do the following:
1) open Windows media player
2) click the Tools menu
3) select Options
4) click the 'Rip Music' tab
5) click the Format pull-down menu and select MP3
6) click OK

Now, when you save your music it will be saved in MP3 format.
