This screen is the home for 10-key lessons. It is much like the 'Lesson Home' screen for the typing lessons. Here, you can select a 10-key lesson to take. When you select a 10-key lesson by clicking on it in the list, you can view a description for this lesson in the main portion of the screen. Once you are ready to begin the selected lesson, click the 'Continue With Selected Lesson' button. To change or view your user preferences, click on the 'User Preferences' button. To view health and ergonomic information, click on the 'Ergonomics & Health' button. This will take you to an area of the program where you can learn about proper typing posture and ergonomic exercises. To view your overall progress, click the 'User Reports' button. This will take you to a screen where you can see graphs of your progress for up to 1 year's worth of lessons. Click the 'Lesson Home' button to go to the Lesson Home for touch-typing. Clicking the 'Switch User' button will take you back to the 'Users' where you can start the program as someone else. This button makes it easy to switch back and forth between users if you are learning to type with a friend and want to take turns taking lessons.
