This is the first lesson of Key Advantage Typing™. Before you even start to learn about the different letters on the keyboard, it's important to establish some keyboard-related hand/eye coordination. Start by placing your hands in the 'home row' position that is illustrated on the screen. Try to keep your eyes on the screen and not on your hands. Press the finger down on the keyboard that is indicated on the screen. KAT will repeat the exercise for a set number of times and then take you to the reporting screen to show you how well you did. To abort the lesson early, click the 'Back' button. < Previous | Next > |
