Open Show
Selecting this from the File menu will open an "Open A Slide
Show" file selection box where you can select and load a saved
slide show from disk. The
keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+O.

Hide
If you would like your controls hidden, just click on the "Hide"
button and they will be removed from the screen. Click anywhere
on your screen to make the playback controls reappear.
NOTE: When the controls are hidden, you can control the flow of the slide show by using the arrow keys. Right arrow forwards to the next slide, Left arrow backs to the previous slide, Up arrow plays the show, and Down arrow pauses the show.

Mute Sound
Click on the "Mute Sound" checkbox to disable any sound for
the current slide show. Click the checkbox again to turn the
sound on again.

Previous Picture
Clicking on the "Previous Picture" button will display the previous
picture in the slide show. This button can be used to override
the slide show timing set in the playlist.

Pause
If you want to stop your slide show on a certain picture, click
the "Pause" button. Click the "Pause" button again to resume
the normal slide show playback.

Next Picture
Clicking on the "Next Picture" button will display the next
picture in the slide show. This button can be used to override
the slide show timing set in the playlist.
Mac Only:
In Mac OS X, the menu bar and dock are hidden during slide show
playback. To make the menu bar appear, click anywhere on the "slide show
controls" background. Clicking the background again will make the menu
bar and dock disappear again so your slide show will not be interfered
with.

Quit
Selecting this from the File menu will close Easy Slide Show
Creator. The keyboard shortcut is Ctrl+Q.
Menu Bar - Backgrounds Menu

In addition to the backgrounds that come with Easy Slide Show
Creator, you will also see any backgrounds that you add
in the Backgrounds Menu. To change the current background for
your Slide Show Controls, just select one from the list.
Add My Background...
To add your own pictures to the list of backgrounds you can
use, click on "Add My Background...". An "Add
My Background..." box will appear so that you can select
a .jpg file from your hard drive. For best results, use a .jpg
file that is 300 pixels wide and 100 pixels high. If your .jpg
file is a different size, Easy Slide Show Creator will
scale your .jpg file accordingly.
Menu Bar - Help Menu

Selecting this item from the Help menu will launch a small "About"
box with copyright and version information for Easy Slide Show
Creator™. Click the mouse button inside this box to close it.
View Help
Selecting this item from the Help menu will open up the Easy
Slide Show Creator™ manual in text format. You can also find
the manual in multiple formats online at http://www.programmingart.com/products/slideshow.
The keyboard
shortcut is F1.
