STEP 1. Create a basic slide show.
Follow steps 1-5 of the "Creating a Basic Slide Show" section
above, or open an existing slide show.
|
 |
STEP 2. Save and play your slide
show. Click on the "Save Show" button. If you haven't already
done so, pick a name and select a location on your hard drive
for your slide show file. Now click the "Start My Slide Show"
button.
|
 |
STEP 3. Choose a background for
your playback controls. When your slide show starts playing,
you will see the "Slide Show Controls" box at the bottom right-hand
corner of your screen. To change the background graphic of the
controls, click on the "Backgrounds" menu in the menu bar and
select one from a list. If you would like your controls hidden,
just click on "Hide" and they will be removed from the screen.
Click anywhere on your screen to make the playback controls
reappear.
In Mac OS X, the menu bar and dock are hidden during slide show
playback. To make the menu bar appear, click anywhere on the "slide show
controls" background. Clicking the background again will make the menu
bar and dock disappear again so your slide show will not be interfered
with.
|
 |
STEP 4. Let the slide show play,
or manually click through the images yourself. Your slide show
will continue to play at your specified time intervals until
the final picture is reached. Presenting your pictures yourself
is also easy. First click the pause button to pause the slide
show, and then click the forward or back buttons to cycle through
the pictures in your slide show as you wish.
